We provide fresh Nam Hom coconuts (the highest quality available) with custom branding, professional service, and complete event support. From intimate gatherings to large festivals, we create memorable, Instagram-worthy moments that your guests will talk about long after your event ends.
  • Can I customize the coconut service further than just branding?
    Absolutely! Beyond branding, we can accommodate special requests like custom garnishes, themed presentations, specific setup configurations, or matching your event's color scheme. Villa package clients have extra flexibility for enhanced customization. Share your vision with us, and we'll make it happen.
  • What's included in the custom branding and how does it work?
    The brand stamp fee (one-time only) includes designing and creating a custom stamp with your logo, event name, or message. This stamp is applied to every coconut, giving you Instagram-worthy branded coconuts perfect for photos and social media.
  • What's your cancellation and refund policy?
    We require a deposit to secure your booking, with final payment due before the event. Cancellation policies vary based on timing - the earlier you cancel, the more flexible we can be. Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to discuss your options.
  • Which areas do you serve and are there extra delivery fees?
    We offer local delivery included in our package pricing. For areas outside our standard delivery zone, additional travel fees may apply. Contact us with your event location, and we'll confirm service availability and any extra costs.
  • How many coconuts should I order for my event?
    We typically recommend 0.75 coconuts per guest (about 75% of people try coconuts at events). For 100 guests, we'd suggest 75 coconuts. However, this varies by event type - beach events and younger crowds tend to have higher consumption, while conservative estimates might be 0.5 per guest.
  • What is the minimum order and how early should I book?
    Our packages require a minimum order of 50 coconuts. To ensure availability and allow time for custom branding, please book at least 2-3 weeks in advance. During peak seasons like summer and wedding season, consider booking even earlier.
  • How does staffing work and what if I need service longer than 4 hours?
    Cabana and Villa packages include 1 professional staff member for 4 hours of service. For larger events (75+ coconuts), we automatically add additional staff. Extended hours are available at $90 per staff member per hour. Sand Castle is delivery-only with no staff included.
