We require a deposit to secure your booking, with final payment due before the event. Cancellation policies vary based on timing - the earlier you cancel, the more flexible we can be. Cabana and Villa packages include 1 professional staff member for 4 hours of service. For larger events (75+ coconuts), we automatically add additional staff. Extended hours are available at $90 per staff member per hour. Sand Castle is delivery-only with no staff included.
